Summer Salad with Finger Lime and Cilantro Vinaigrette

Directions

  1. Combine cilantro stems and leaves in a food processor with olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
  2. Once emulsified, pour into a jar and stir in salt and finger lime pearls.
  3. Combine salad ingredients on individual plates and pour vinaigrette right before eating.
