Coconut Chia Pudding with Citriburst Finger Limes

Ingredients
- 4 Tablespoons Chia seeds
- 1 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 3 Tablespoons agave syrup
- 4 Teaspoons of Citriburst pearls (or 4 finger limes)
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
Directions
In a glass bowl combine chia seeds, coconut milk, agave syrup and 2 tsp. Citriburst pearls (2 finger limes). Stir to combine. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate a minimum of two hours or overnight.
Before serving, combine mango and remaining 2 teaspoons of Citriburst pearls (2 finger limes) in a small bowl. To serve, spoon chia pudding in small jars or glasses and top with mango and Citriburst pearl mixture.
