Finger Lime and Cardamom Raw Granola Bars

  • ½ Cup - Dates
  • ½ Cup - Old Fashioned Oats
  • ½ Cup - Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • ½ Cup - Nut Butter (Almond or Cashew Recommended)
  • ¼ Cup - Honey
  • 1 TSP - Cardamom
  • 2 TBSP - Chia Seeds
  • ½ TSP - Salt
  • 6 - Finger Limes


  1. Line a loaf tin with parchment paper.
  2. Pit dates and roughly chop.
  3. In a large bowl, combine dates, oats, and coconut.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine nut butter, honey, cardamom, chia seeds, and salt.
  5. Add the nut butter mixture to a large bowl and stir to combine. To fully incorporate, you may want to use your hands.
  6. Firmly press into the lined loaf tin and cover with more parchment paper.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. When firm, take out of the tin and cut.
  9. When ready to eat, top with honey or nut butter and finger lime pearls. We suggest one finger lime per bar.

Can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
