- 4 small scoops of sherbet or sorbet
- 4 teaspoons of finger limes (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon clementine vodka (or your favorite flavor of vodka) optional
- Any type of champagne
- Finger limes for garnish
In advance, press finger lime pearls into scoops of sherbet or sorbet and refreeze. If doing drinks for a group, scoop out enough sherbet or sorbet to serve guests onto a cookie sheet. Press finger lime pearls into sherbet scoops. Refreeze.
- Fill your glass with 4 small scoops of prepped sherbet or sorbet.
- Top with vodka.
- Top with champagne.
Nonalcoholic – leave out vodka and champagne, top with Sparkling White Grape Juice Cocktail from concentrate.
