Sherbet Mimosas


  • 4 small scoops of sherbet or sorbet
  • 4 teaspoons of finger limes (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon clementine vodka (or your favorite flavor of vodka) optional
  • Any type of champagne
  • Finger limes for garnish


In advance, press finger lime pearls into scoops of sherbet or sorbet and refreeze. If doing drinks for a group, scoop out enough sherbet or sorbet to serve guests onto a cookie sheet. Press finger lime pearls into sherbet scoops. Refreeze.

  1. Fill your glass with 4 small scoops of prepped sherbet or sorbet.
  2. Top with vodka.
  3. Top with champagne.

Nonalcoholic – leave out vodka and champagne, top with Sparkling White Grape Juice Cocktail from concentrate.
