Mayo-less Tuna Salad stuffed Bell Pepper with Citriburst Finger Limes

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna
  • 3 tbsp plain greek yogurt
  • Dash of turmeric, black pepper, & pink salt
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 Citriburst finger lime

Directions

In a medium bowl combine tuna, greek yogurt, spices, and ground flaxseed

Scoop mixture into a hollowed bell pepper

Cut a Citriburst finger lime in half and squeeze it’s pearls onto the pepper

Dig in and enjoy!
