Grapefruit Rosemary and Citriburst Gin Fizz

Directions

For rosemary syrup, combine water, sugar, and rosemary in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let rosemary infuse for 30 minutes, then strain into an airtight jar, which can be kept in the refrigerator.

For each serving, Fill a glass with ice cubes, gin, rosemary syrup, finger lime pearls, grapefruit juice, and sparkling water. Stir to combine. Garnish with fresh rosemary and a small wedge of grapefruit and a round of finger lime. Cheers!
