Garden Gin and Tonic

Serves 2


  • 4 oz of your favorite gin
  • 8 oz tonic
  • 1 tablespoon rock salt
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 4 teaspoons of Citriburst pearls (4 finger limes)
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 springs dill
  • Persian cucumber slices
  • Hot peppers
  • 2 cherry tomatoes, cut in half


To rim the glasses: On a plate the size of your glass combine salt and chili powder and stir together. On another plate pour a small amount of water. Holding the bottom of your glass, set the rim in the water and then dip into the chili salt.

Fill glasses with ice cubes and drop into each glass a sprig of dill, a few slices of cucumber, a hot pepper, and 2 cherry tomato halves. Pour 2 oz. of gin into each glass and top with tonic water and the Citriburst pearls. Stir to combine. Stir to combine and toast to the good life!
