- 2 cups coconut water
- 1 persian cucumber, sliced
- 6 teaspoons of Citriburst pearls (8 finger limes)
In a large cup with a spout, combine coconut water and 6 tsp. Citriburst pearls (6 finger limes). Stir to combine. Divide 1/2 the slices of cucumber rounds into each part of the ice pop mold. Pour up to one-third of the height of molds with the coconut water mixture and chill at least one hour in the freezer. Divide the cucumber rounds among the frozen molds and top with the remaining coconut water mixture. Chill until hard about 4 four hours for a beautiful and refreshing treat!
