Citriburst Finger Lime Mojito

Directions

Sugar syrup: Place one cup of sugar and one cup of water in small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to boil stirring to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat and cool. The mixture may be made ahead of time and kept in the fridge.

Place 10 mint leaves and 2 Citriburst finger limes (1/2 teaspoon of pearls) in each of the 4 glasses. Use a muddler to crush the mixture, release the juices and the pulp from the limes. In each glass stir in 2 tablespoons sugar syrup, 1 jigger rum and top with ice and soda water. Cheers!
